The Magic began downtown Cobourg and at Rotary Harbourfront Rink began on November 24, 2023, but until this week Victoria Park wasn't lit. Because of mechanical issues, Christmas Magic wasn't completed, but thanks to the Cobourg Parks Department over 200,000 lights set the mood for the season.
